Welcome 2012

Welcome to the New Year, even if it is the 2nd last day of 2012, (Our website was under construction and only went live earlier in January) so the new blog entry is a wee bit late!
Well its 2012, many mark this year as the beginning of a new era? Others say that 2012 marks the end of the world in December!!! If you go and Google 2012 end of the world, numerous websites pop up in the search engine!
There even fell an “Alien” space ball into Namibian grassland in December 2011 from the sky! NASA and the European Space Agency were even alerted!
"The hollow ball, which appears to consist of two metal plates welded together, was found near a village about 470 miles north of the Namibian capital, Windhoek. The ball, with a circumference of 3' 6" and weighing 13 pounds, left a crater 13 inches deep and 12.5 feet across, according to AFP'
So even the aliens is choosing Namibia as a best traveling/holiday destination for 2012! They already came and dropped a marker, so they will find they route back, they own GPS markings!

Mabaruli African Safaris had pledge 7 Santa Shoe Boxes last year (2011) for the Santa Shoe Box organization. The boxes was donated to the children at the Nossob Primary School in Namibia. We can just imagine the 7 children between the ages of 9 and 18 years old was very happy to receive their shoe box gifts last year.
